The tiny house craze has completely swept the nation as Americans everywhere are downsizing to save money by living in smaller home. Now, a gorgeous “cliff” house is being sold by Amazon, and it’s already extremely popular.

The Cliff Home by Q-Haus is available for $105,000 on Amazon. Created by architect Kertti Soots, the modular house is 774-square-feet and and customizable with a two- or three-bedroom and one- or two-bathroom layout. In the bathroom, owners even have the choice between a bathtub and a sauna. There are tons of windows in the home that allow lots of natural light to come in, making it perfect for nature lovers.

The customizable home is made as two modules to make for easy assembly, although we’d suggest you leave that to the professionals. The home is also ready-to-move-in within a day of assembly.

“The concept is developed by Q-haus in a cooperation with different customers to achieve the best outcome that is practical, beautiful and smart,” Q-haus said of the home. “It has a high-end interior and exterior choose of materials and solutions, however, it can be altered to meet the needs and expectations of any customer to have it standard and contemporary.”
