Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg is showing the world that age really is just a number by revealing his insanely chiseled body after a 45 day challenge.
The 48 year-old star just took to Instagram to show off his six-pack abs, making internet users all over the world swoon.

Wahlberg captioned the post, “F45 results 45-day challenge. #ageisjustanumber #nowine54days#cleaneating.” Wahlberg is referring to the global fitness community F45, whose website states that it specializes in “innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun and proven to get rapid results for members.” Wahlberg invested in the company back in November after falling in love with the routine following a few sessions of the workout, which is said to have originated in Australia.
Wahlberg seems very proud of his achievement, as well he should be. It takes a lot of discipline and commitment to achieve such fitness!
Many internet users have commented on Wahlberg’s physique in his photo, including New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
“We are looking for some skill players,” he wrote.
“Show em what fellas in their 40’s are all about! You look awesome bro!!” commented “Extra” host Mario Lopez.
Wahlberg isn’t the only fit person in his family. His 41 year-old wife Rhea Wahlberg, a model and mother of four, is in amazing shape as well. The couple have been together since 2001, and they married in 2009.
