If you’re someone who loves cats, we think we might have found the dream job for you!

The Just Cats Clinic in Dublin, Ireland is looking for someone who they can pay to come and cuddle with cats all day. Yes, you read that correctly: you can actually make money just from cuddling with cats!

“The ideal candidate must have gentle hands capable of petting and stroking cats for long periods of time,” the job description reads. “They need to be softly spoken and capable of cat whispering to calm the nerves of some of our in-patients. An ability to understand different types of purring is a distinct added advantage in helping you secure this position with us.”

While the job sounds amazing, the clinic itself is pretty incredible as well, as it specializes in specifically helping cats.

“Every member of our staff has undergone or is currently studying for specific feline qualifications,” their website says. “Here at Just Cats we have always been big believers in treating each cat personality differently. We call it having cattitude. As an ISFM certified cat-friendly practice, we do all that we can to improve the welfare of the cats in our care, including pledging not to use scruff free handling in our clinic.”

For someone who loves cats, it does not get much better than that! If you live in the Dublin area, you might want to apply for this position. If you don’t live anywhere near Dublin, you might want to consider moving there for this job. I know that I certainly would if I could!
