An adorable video is going viral this week that is sure to make cat lovers everywhere smile.
Anyone who has ever owned a cat knows how talkative they can be, but few people have ever heard their cat sing. Believe it or not, that’s exactly what the cat in this video does!
Anthony Klein is a college student who loves and adores his ginger cat named Sammy. He often shows his love for Sammy by singing to him, and he recently learned that his cat loves to join in to sing duets with him!
Back in March, Anthony uploaded a video to social media that opens with Sammy being very sleepy. The cat had just woken up from a nap, and Anthony decided to ease him awake by singing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.”
In what can only be described as the most precious moment ever, Sammy soon starts singing along with him! Anthony proceeds to sing the lyrics “twinkle, twinkle, little,” before pausing so that Sammy could finish things off with a soft but sweet “meow.”
As they repeat the lullaby again, Sammy doesn’t miss a beat. Well, he actually does miss his turn once, but eventually he comes through and corrects himself!
The video immediately went viral, with social media users not being able to get enough of it.
“Oh my gosh…how cute…cats love to be sung to!” one viewer commented, with another adding. “This is awesome…such a sweetheart kitty and a wonderful daddy!”
