On Monday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their first child, but they waited until Wednesday to announce the baby boy’s name. Now, the name of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s baby has been revealed!

Harry and Meghan just announced that their baby is named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first born child: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor,” the couple announced on Instagram. “This afternoon Their Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle. The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess’ mother were also present for this special occasion.”

Archie, who is seventh in line for the throne, was cradled in the arms of his father as he was introduced to the world.

“It’s magic! It’s really amazing. I have the two best guys in the world, so I’m really happy,” Meghan said, as Harry then joked, “He’s already got a bit of facial hair as well.”

Meghan went on to say that Archie has the “sweetest temperament,” adding, “He’s really calm. It’s just been a dream. It’s been a special couple of days.”

“I wonder where he gets that from,” Harry said with a laugh.

Harry concluded by saying that Archie is “changing every single day.”

“Parenting is amazing,” he said. “It’s only been, what? Two and a half days, three days? But we’re just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy. We’re looking forward to spending precious times with him as he slowly, slowly starts to grow up.”

Congratulations to Harry and Meghan on the birth of their adorable little boy!
