“Star Wars” is one of the most popular movie franchises of all time, and ever since it came out in the 1970s, it has been loved by people of all ages. Fans everywhere love dressing up as their favorite characters from the movies, and in the video below, you’ll see a dad dress up as Darth Vader to prank his 2 year-old son as he wakes him up!

I’m not sure why this dad thought it was a good idea to wake up his young son Sebastian while dressed as one of the most evil characters of all time, but I guess he thought it was worth it for the YouTube video views. In that regard this did end up paying off, as the video has been viewed over eight million times, and the dad made his wife sign an agreement that he was not liable for any trauma their son suffered from this, so he had all his bases covered!

When the dad woke up Sebastian in full costume, his son had a reaction that he never expected. As soon as he saw Darth Vader come into his room, the little boy grabbed a light saber and prepared to do battle. He was ready for this!

Eventually, Sebastian got tired of fighting and picked up a book, asking Darth Vader to read it to him. Since the moral of “Star Wars” is compassion and balance, this peaceful agreement is the perfect ending to the video!
