These days, there are tons of things that you can DIY at home. Now, Amazon is offering you the chance to DIY making your own guest house in your backyard!

Amazon is selling a guest house that is 172 square feet, and they say that you can make it yourself in just eight hours if two adults team up to do it. Amazon has stated in the description that the part of this that takes the most time is waiting for it to arrive.

“This cabin is not a stock model and is made to order,” the description states. “Please note that Amazon’s maximum handling time in the system is 30 days, but you must allow 60 days after ordering for delivery.”

The entire kit costs $7,250 and includes all the building materials, but you will need to pay extra if you want electricity and other amenities. While a bathroom is also not include, the description states that “adding one is not difficult,” as you can purchase indoor bathroom kits to DIY also.

“Allwood Solvalla is a garden house kit made from high quality Nordic wood. This timeless design is an alternative to classic log cabin styled structures,” the description states. “It works well in a variety of surroundings. Versatile Solvalla can also be set up on rooftops of multi story buildings. Assembly of this solid wood structure takes a full day for two adults.”

“Do it yourself simple step-by-step directions come with the kit and only minimal tools are needed,” it continues. “Important: This item includes all the parts and hardware except the roof shingles and foundation materials (roofing shingles approx. cost $150.00 and foundation materials approx. cost $170.00).”
