Martha Stewart has just announced that she is partnering up with MSC Cruises, widely considered to be one of the best cruise lines in the world, to create a one of a kind cruise experience that guests will never forget.

Their corroboration is themed Celebrate, Discover, Experience, and it includes curated shore excursions, celebration surprise gift packages, and onboard holiday dinner menus and recipes.

“I’ve always enjoyed introducing people to new experiences, and I’m thrilled to be working with MSC Cruises on a partnership that embodies the true celebratory nature of travel, exploration and discovery,” Stewart said in a statement.

The Martha Stewart & MSC Explorer Excursions will be traveling to multiple destinations in the Caribbean, and they will focus on many of the things Stewart is passionate about, like hands-on culinary classes, visits to craft markets, and horseback riding in the ocean.

Instead of going to the usual tourist traps in the Caribbean, guests on these cruises will get to go to hidden gems that most tourists never get to see.

“We want to send people where we would go or have gone ourselves,” the lifestyle guru explained. “It’s authentic. It’s a lot of fun to create experiences because I have been on cruise ships. When you’re on shore, you want to spend your time seeing as much as you can, and that’s how I travel.”

“Anyone who travels with me is totally wiped out by the end of it because we go around and see a lot,” Stewart continued. “I will probably be doing more of these excursions myself just to make sure we’re adding the new and different to the cruise lines.”

Stewart, a bestselling author of 94 books, specifically designed the various holiday dinner menus based on her own family traditions, and they include menus for Easter, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Guests will also given the recipes for their meals so that they can try out the recipes themselves when they get home.

“The holiday dinner menus and surprise gift packages encompass what I believe celebrations should include: good food, good company and commemorating great adventures and inspiration wherever we are,” Stewart said.

“Martha Stewart’s philosophy and passion for discovery is a perfect match for MSC Cruises and we are excited to bring her innovation, style and expertise to life in this special partnership designed to help our guests create memorable vacation moments with friends and family,” said Gianni Onorato, CEO of MSC Cruises.

Compared to regular vacations, Stewart thinks that MSC Cruises are a good economic option that the whole family can enjoy.

“This is an organized and logical way to treat your family to something that is fun,” she said. “All I care about is that it’s fun, a little educational and includes places that they haven’t been before.”

The first cruise from this partnership is set to launch on June 1. Find out more about this in the video below!
