Hollywood legend Kirk Douglas seems to still be loving life at the age of 102, as he was just photographed enjoying the nice weather in a tent pitched in his backyard.

Kirk’s grandson Cameron Douglas posted a photo of the actor sitting in a tent outside of his home in Los Angeles, California.

“This amazing man, my Pappy, is such inspiration in so many ways! Going camping at 102! #Spartacus #thrunthru,” Cameron captioned the photo.

The photo shows Kirk lounging on an inflatable mattress in the tent, which was propped up to his pool. A second photo showed him laying underneath a thermal blanket looking nice and cozy.

This comes months after Kirk celebrated his 102nd birthday with his wife of 64 years, Anne Douglas, who is 99 herself. Kirk’s son Michael Douglas, star of movies like Fatal Attraction and Wall Street, said last year that age has not slowed his father down at all.

“He still has a trainer. He works out with a trainer at 101,” Michael said. “I remember when Dad was 90 and he had a guy that he worked out with for more than 30 years, 40 years, Mike Abrams. I went to see Dad one day, he was 90 and wasn’t feeling so good. I said, ;Dad, what’s wrong? You don’t look good.’ He said, ‘Ah, Mike died.’ I said, ‘Ah Dad I’m so sorry, Mike died? How old was Mike, Dad?’ ’94.'”

Kirk was one of Hollywood’s most popular leading men during the golden age of cinema, and he starred in such classics as Spartacus.

It’s so nice to see that Kirk is still doing so well at 102. We hope that he has many more years of happiness to come!
