We’ve all heard about the tiny house craze that has swept the world, as people from all over are downsizing to live in tiny homes that are both affordable and stylish. While tiny houses look great on paper, some of us have too many possessions to fit into such a little home.

If you’re in this situation, a “Flex House” might be the best option for you.

Sold by Green Builder Media and Shelter Dynamics, this house is 760-square feet, and people everywhere can’t stop talking about it.

The Flex House is designed to fit a whole family, and it has separated rooms so that you will get the privacy you need. One of the hardest part about having a tiny house is finding a plot of land to put it on, as there are laws against living arrangements of a particular size. These laws usually only range to 500 square feet, so there is a much higher chance of your Flex House being accepted.

The Flex House includes a full kitchen, a washer, and dryer, a built-in dining area, living spaces like a den or office, a bathroom, a master bedroom, and another bedroom. The way the rooms are set up gives the house lots of walking space and open air, which makes it seem a whole lot bigger than it is when you are inside.

On top of that, the Flex House is a smart house, as it has an Amazon assistant with a smart doorbell, smart thermostat, and smart lock.

“We live big here in America, but at the same time there’s a growing awareness about resource conservation,” said the CEO of Green Builder. “What I like about the Flex House is we’re not asking people to sacrifice; we’re just asking people not to use any more room than they need.”

The Flex House is being sold for $85,000, and it can be delivered in eight to twelve weeks. Take a tour of the Flex House in the video below.
