A dad was putting his 3 year-old daughter to bed by telling her a bedtime story and listening to her prayers, which ended with her saying, “God bless Mommy, God bless Daddy, God bless Grandma, and goodbye Grandpa.”

“Why did you say goodbye to your grandpa?” the father asked her.

“I don’t know daddy, it just seemed like the right thing to do,” the toddler replied.

The next day, grandpa died, but the dad shook this off as an odd coincidence.

Months later, the father was listening to his daughter’s prayers again when she said, “God bless Mommy, God bless Daddy, and goodbye Grandma.” Sure enough, the next day, Grandma died.
