A man who was flying in business class on a United Airlines flight is being publicly shamed after a video went viral showing him shaving his head in his seat.
The disturbing video shows the bald man using a razor to shave the top of his head as he sat in his business class seat. Though he did not have very much hair, the man continued to drag the razor over his head.
Two flight attendants could be seen walking past the man, yet they did not tell him to stop what he was doing. One of the flight attendants even started handing out towels, not seeming to care about what the man was doing at all.
The video was shared to Instagram by an account called Passenger Shaming, which often shares videos and photos of passengers misbehaving on flights in some way. The account captioned the video, “Getting ready for the weekend like… #personalgroomingisPERSONAL #firstclassy.”
The video has gone viral, getting nearly 200,000 views in just three days. Social media users from all over the globe have been expressing their disgust at the man’s actions.
“You gotta be kidding me. People are clueless & disgusting,” one social media user commented, with another adding, “Just when I think morons can’t sink any lower in being disgusting, someone has to come along and shatter it.”
Other users have questioned why the flight attendants did not intervene, with one person writing, “Better still, they let him continue to do it. Instead of saying STOP THAT they ask if he wants a hot towel?”
