Fans everywhere are praying for Luke Perry right now after the 52 year-old actor suffered a “massive stroke” on Wednesday.

Police were called to Perry’s home in Sherman Oaks, California at around 9:40am, and he was immediately rushed to the hospital. A spokesman for the actor said that the “Beverly Hills 90210” star “is currently under observation at the hospital.”

Coincidentally, Fox announced a reboot of “Beverly Hills 90210” the very same day that Perry suffered his stroke. While the show’s stars Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling, and Ian Ziering have all signed on to the reboot, Perry will not be appearing on it, as he already has obligations acting on the show “Riverdale.”

Actress Sharon Stone, who has suffered a stroke herself, spoke out to offer words of encouragement for Perry.

“I wish him all the best, because you can come all the way back even from the edge, from the worst things, I’m here to tell you,” she said.

Other stars have expressed support for Perry as well.

“No words can express what my heart feels hearing today’s shocking news. Let us all say a prayer for his speedy recovery,” Ziering said, with Lou Diamond Phillips adding, “Terribly concerned for my old friend Luke Perry, currently hospitalized. Sending healing thoughts and prayers for strength. Please send some Love his way.”

“I just heard the frightening news about my dear old friend Luke Perry having a massive stroke,” said Kristy Swanson. “Luke honey I am praying so hard for you right now, I love you so much, and by God’s Grace you will get through this. Please pray for Luke.”
