Isaac Bryant is a junior at Mechanicsburg High School who was resting to calm himself before competing in a wrestling match at the Division III District Wrestling Championships at Hobart, Arena in Troy, Ohio. Suddenly, Isaac was woken up to the sound of an announcer saying that the person who was supposed to sing the national anthem before the event had not shown up, and they did not have a recording of the song to play.

“I was dazed and confused and I just thought they might just need somebody to do it,”  Isaac recalled.

Isaac stepped up to sing the national anthem, and local resident Mia Richardson was able to capture his performance on camera. Video of it has since gone viral, touching the hearts of people all over the nation!

Afterwards, Isaac was interviewed by “Fox & Friends” hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, and Brian Kilmeade.

“I sing a lot,” Isaac said. “I guess that’s kind of a part of me. That’s what I do. I’m a little bit of a performer if you haven’t noticed.”

His parents told the hosts that they could not have been more proud of him.

“I was just so proud,” Isaac’s mother said. “We were used to the voice but I guess it was the heart he put into it. It brought tears to our eyes.”

“Nothing he does surprises me because he’s pretty good at everything he does,” his father added.

It’s so refreshing to see a young teenager who clearly has so much love for his country. Check out Isaac’s performance for yourself below!
