Anyone who has ever had a job knows how hard it can be to find a really good boss. While many bosses treat their employees well, it’s exceedingly rare to see a boss go above and beyond to make their workers’ lives better. That’s why it came as a surprise when this woman captured her boss on camera doing something truly kind to help his employees.

Gina Frechette, who works at the online stationery store MagnetStreet, recently took to YouTube to show the world the good deed she caught her boss doing for her and her fellow workers. She posted the video along with the caption “Best boss ever!” and social media users everywhere agreed that her boss definitely is the best ever!

The video shows the boss out in the freezing cold in Minnesota cleaning snow off of his employees’ windshields.

“Not everybody gets to have a cool boss like this,” Gina can be heard saying as she recorded what her boss was doing.

“Look how nice that is,” another person said.

Though it was only 10 degrees that day, the boss was not phased at all as he continued to help his employees out. He wanted to make sure that his staffers would be able to head right home when the workday ended and not have to clean off their cars themselves.

Video of the boss’s good deed has quickly gone viral, with people all over the world praising him for what he did.

“What an awesome person!” one social media user commented, with another adding, “Good man.”
