Harrison Craig and Tim Moxley blew the judges away when they took the stage on the second season of “The Voice: Australia” and performed “You Raise Me Up” together. The judges were so impressed with the performance that they stood up and gave them a standing ovation after the two singers finished their duet.

Their performance was all the more amazing because Harrison suffers from a stuttering problem. It is only when he sings that his stuttering goes away!

Harrison’s mother encouraged her shy son to take vocal lessons and join the choir when he was young, and it completely changed his life forever. He has found a sense of confidence onstage that he never had before!

Harrison explained that he views himself as a “popera” artist, as his musical influences are singers like Elvis Presley, Andrea Bocelli, Michael Buble and Nat King Cole.

In the battle round, Harrison was teamed up against his competitor Tim to sing the Josh Groban song, and they could not have done it better.

The entire audience was transfixed by the performance, just like the judges were. Nobody could look away!

Though both singers did amazing, there had to be one winner of the battle round, and that ended up being Harrison, who went on to win the entire show! Afterwards, his rendition of “Unchained Melody” made it all the way to number two on the charts in 2013. He has released three albums since then, and it is clear to all that the 24 year-old has a long career in music ahead of him!

Check out his battle round for yourself below!
