Though serving in the military is very serious, servicemen and women are still able to have some fun sometimes, and this video is proof of that! Drill sergeants are typically thought of as being intense and strict people, but that doesn’t mean that they also don’t know how to have fun as well.

In the video below, you’ll see a group of soldiers break into an epic dance during their morning drills. The video opens with the soldiers standing in line marching to the standard “left, left.” Before long, the drill sergeant starts calling out some orders that we don’t usually hear.

The best moment comes when the drill sergeant says “Matrix” and all the soldiers re-enacted the move that Neo, a character played by Keanu Reeves, did in the 1999 science fiction action film.

Video of the dance has quickly gone viral, being viewed over 580,000 times!

“I haven’t served but I come from a military family. I think that was funny! Live a little when you can,” one social media user commented, with another adding, “Our HEROES. Love you guys. Thanks, for your service. ”
