Jonathan Antoine is a classically trained tenor who has become known as one of the most talented singers in the world, and the video below will certainly leave no doubt in your mind that he deserves all the accolades that he is getting!

Jonathan began getting vocal training when he was a child, and his career began when he won the Young Musician of the Year award at the 2010 Stratford and East London Music Festival. Two years later, Jonathan auditioned for “Britain’s Got Talent” with his vocal coach and friend Charlotte Jaconelli. The pair wowed the judges with their duet of “The Prayer,” and they ended up coming in second in the competition.

Though Jonathan and Charlotte remain close friends, they have since embarked on solo careers that have been very successful for them both.

After the release of his first two albums, Jonathan finally got the chance to perform in his first live concert at the Fred Kavli Theatre in the Thousand Oaks Civic Art Plaza, California. One of the best moments of the night came when he performed “Unchained Melody,” a song that perfectly fits his magical voice.

Teaming up with the Hollywood Chamber Orchestra, Jonathan hit all of the songs’ high notes and showed off his vocal range so beautifully that he was rewarded with the standing ovation that he deserved!

Jonathan was once so shy that Charlotte had to effectively force him onstage to perform. The video below makes it clear that Jonathan has definitely overcome his shyness on stage!
