A video is going viral this week showing an inspiring group of dancers who are not letting their disabilities hold them back from making their dreams of performing come true.

This group of dancers all have autism and they call themselves AWA (Autism with attitude). The group loves performing together, so they decided to audition for the British reality television competition “The Greatest Dancer,” which gives dancers to compete for prize money as well as a spot on “Strictly Come Dancing,” The British equivalent of “Dancing With The Stars.”

The crowd goes crazy as soon as the music starts and the dancers start showing off their amazing hip hop moves. The dancers’ parents looked on with pride, with one of them saying, “They just want to prove to everyone that, regardless of your abilities and your capabilities, that you can achieve anything.”

Once they finished, the judges were totally blowed away by their performance.

“You came out with passion, with force, with fearlessness,” said judge Cheryl. “And you did exactly what your mom said before. No matter your ability, no matter what’s going on, if you put in hard work and dedication, you can achieve your dreams.”

Video of their performance has quickly gone viral, being viewed nearly 900,000 times!

“As someone who’s autistic, it is really great to see some representation on the national stage,” one social media user commented. “The group really rocked it! This is what autistic people can achieve when they are given the opportunity to shine so massive kudos to the coach for getting these kids together.”
