A couple who fell in love while working together at a Cracker Barrel restaurant have seen their wedding photos go viral as they posed for them at the very same restaurant where their relationship began.
Katrina and Travis Nelson met five years ago in the parking lot of a Cracker Barrel restaurant in Christianburg, Virginia when they both showed up for their respective shifts. At the time, Katrina was working as a waitress at the restaurant while Travis was a chef. They hit it off immediately, and they have been inseparable ever since!
Last fall, the couple finally tied the knot, and they decided that snapping their wedding photos at the Cracker Barrel where they met was the perfect way to remember their big day.

“They were the dream couple to work with,” said wedding photographer Meg Umberger. “She had a vision front to back for her day, and I think their story is romantic. It was awesome to participate and fun to be creative and shoot at a site not normally associated with weddings or couples.”
Cracker Barrel even shared one of the couples’ photos on their Instagram account, captioning it, “Our very own lovely waitress and chef have found love right in our home and we couldn’t be more excited to share the news with y’all.”
Katrina was stunned that the official Cracker Barrel Instagram wanted to share their photo, calling it “so crazy.”
“When we took the pictures I honestly didn’t think that Cracker Barrel would even see them, much less like it enough to share,” she said. “We just wanted to celebrate the place where it all began for us.”
