Mary is a married woman who decided that she wanted to get a drastic makeover to surprise her husband of 27 years, so she enlisted the help of Christopher Hopkins, aka The Makeover Guy.

Christopher has worn many hats during his life, as he has been an orchestra singer, an author, an educator, a producer, and an entrepreneur.

Though he is accomplished in many things, much of Christopher’s success has come in the beauty industry ever since 1990, when he set up The Christopher Hopkins Salon at the KSTP studios in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Since then, he has opened many other salons as well, including the MakeoverGuy Minneapolis in 2017.

Christopher has also started a popular YouTube channel so that he can show off the transformations he creates to his thousands of subscribers.

Mary had seen his videos, and she decided that he would be the perfect person to help her.

Mary had been coloring her hair the same color from the same brand for over 20 years, and she wanted to make a change.

As Christopher started cutting her hair shorter, he noticed that she was looking better and better the more he took off!

Mary was shocked when Christopher was finished and showed her her new pixie cut with platinum hair.

She could not believe how good she looked!

She said her husband would love it as well, as he had been asking her to cut her hair for years.

She’d always made excuses not to cut it, until Christopher finally did it for her!
