Jacob Norton is a 14 year-old boy who left the judges of “The Voice: UK” completely speechless when he auditioned and showed off the incredibly deep voice he has that sounds as if it belongs to someone decades older then he is!

When Jacob took the stage, he decided to perform the Fred Astaire classic song “Puttin’ On The Ritz.” This ended up being the perfect choice for the teen, who hails from Colchester, Essex.

Jacob’s voice left judges Pixie Lott, will.i.am, and Danny Jones totally stunned. They could not believe that such a huge voice belonged to such a young boy! Though he is young, Jacob already has tons of experience performing. The youngest of a musical family of four, Jacob has grown up performing with his family to raise money for charitable causes.

While he has lots of experience performing in front of people, this audition was his first time performing in front of celebrities and a wider audience. Knowing that millions of people would watch Jacob’s audition made him very nervous, so he set his expectations low.

“But when I started singing I just got into it, I was just hoping at least one person would turn. I was worried I wasn’t going to get anyone, but when I got three turns, it was such a shock,” Jacob said afterwards.

The judges were thoroughly impressed and gave Jacob glowing reviews.

“Your timbre is just so rich. I’m speechless!” Pixie said, with Danny adding, “I think we’re all speechless right now, because that is one amazing voice. I think it’s fantastic, man.”

It is clear that Jacob has a very long career in music ahead of him! Check out his audition below!
