Tiny homes have become the latest craze to sweep our nation, as more and more families are opting for smaller spaces by moving into homes as small as 8 feet by 8 feet. There are many reasons why people choose tiny homes. The cost of building or owning a tiny home are a fraction of a traditional home. In addition, it’s extremely energy efficient, you spend less money and time cleaning it, and you can take it with you if you decide to move.

Texas-based company Arched Cabins is selling some of the most affordable tiny homes available today. They offer models that can be used in a variety of ways, including as art studios, hunting lodges, and retirement homes.

The cheapest model that Arched Cabins offers costs just $1,000! That model is pictured below, and it includes an arched roof, giving homeowners unprecedented space when it comes to a tiny home.

Arched Cabins offers more expensive models as well, like the one below, which costs $20,000.

Their more expensive tiny homes looks more like a small house, with the largest model measuring 30 feet by 40 feet.

A 24- by 32-foot model has an interior that includes a wrought iron balcony overlooking the lower level. It also has a full bar, kitchen with plenty of counter space, and a great view from the living area.

A full luxury bedroom can be found upstairs as well!

Building the Arched Cabin homes is very easy, as the kits that they come in include detailed instructions on how to build it. In the video below, you’ll be walked through the process of building an Arched Cabin model that is 14- by 20-feet.

It really is amazing how much can be packed into a tiny home these days! These homes are allowing people to live more simply at a much lower cost than they would in a normal house.
