Tom Hanks is known for being one of the most famous and beloved stars in Hollywood. This past week, he showed the world once again why he is so loved by buying lunch for everyone at an In-N-Out Burger drive-thru in California.
Hanks was spotted eating lunch with his wife Rita Wilson at the restaurant in Fontana, east of Los Angeles.
“Tom Hanks is at In and Out sitting across from us I’m star struck!!” a fan posted on Instagram alongside a photo of Hanks and Wilson.

The same fan then posted a photo of Hanks to Instagram posing for photos with his other fans.
“He is such a nice guy taking pictures with everyone….he told us Merry Christmas ?? And I went over and talked to his wife Rita while Tom took pictures with everyone!” she wrote.
Hanks then surprised the entire restaurant by getting up and paying for lunch for every person who was at the drive-thru!

It’s nice to see how down to earth and giving Hanks really is! He’s such a rarity in Hollywood, and we need more stars like him!
