Being a hotel maid is an incredibly difficult and tiring job. Unfortunately, most hotel maids aren’t tipped very well for their hard work so it’s a rather thankless job.

That’s why YouTube personalities Kyle and Josh decided to set up a hidden camera as they surprised a motel maid with a massive tip that she never expected!

Kyle and Josh run the YouTube channel Give Back Films, which they use to pay it forward and surprise people with good deeds. They particularly love to set up hidden cameras to capture peoples’ genuine reaction to the good deeds they carry out.

While they were in Park City, Utah for the Sundance Film Festival, Kyle and Josh decided they wanted to surprise a maid at their motel by leaving $500 in cash for her under the sheet of one of their beds. They left the money there along with a note explaining to her that this was indeed a tip!

The owner of the motel had told Kyle and Josh that the maid had only recently been hired. She had been staying at the motel with her parents when they noticed a “Now Hiring” sign, as the previous maid had quit very suddenly. The motel owner needed to find a replacement fast, and this maid came along at the perfect time.
