Pregnancy has different affects on every woman. For some women, the time is one of the most difficult of their lives. They suffer from severe morning sickness and some even end up stuck in bed for weeks or month. But for other women pregnancy is absolutely beautiful. Some women feel better while carrying a child than they ever have before. They seem to glow from within.

For these women, they may feel so wonderful that they want to take on new challenges such as a new exercise or dancing class. Doctors say that dancing is actually a perfect exercise for expectant mothers. The swaying moves and cardiac exercise is a perfect way for pregnant women to stay in shape and they recommend participating in the activity for 30 minutes three or four times a week.

Of course, it is always a good idea to check with your doctor before adding any new exercise to your routine, especially if you are an expectant mother, but for one mother, dancing came as natural to her as walking.

The mother in the video below obviously has years of experience dancing, so even though she was obviously very pregnant, she took to the dance floor to show off her skills. Her students couldn’t believe as she swayed to the music, and at one point, her partner even dipped her down close to the floor. Clearly she knew exactly what she was doing and pregnancy wasn’t going to slow her down.
