The Saint Nicholas Church is a church in northern England that was built in 1792 and was abandoned in the 1980s. It remained abandoned for 20 years, until a family bought it and transformed it into a gorgeous home.

The church is located in the village of Kyloe, which is six miles from England’s Northumberland coast. You have to see what the inside of this historic building has been turned into!

The great room of the church has been turned into a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The original stained glass windows are still part of the home, and the high ceilings give the entire home a grandiose feel.

The church’s double staircases lead up to the home’s library.

The main kitchen has all of the latest innovations, making it perfect for any chef.

The dining room looks like something that is fit for a king and queen!

One of the bedrooms is located underneath breathtakingly beautiful stained glass windows.

One of my favorite rooms in the home is the bathroom, which could not look more spectacular.

Two more of the bedrooms are upstairs, and each of them include hand-built storage, skylight, and is large enough for a king-sized bed and other pieces of furniture.

By thinking outside the box, this family’s renovation of an old, unused church is remarkable! Would you want to live in this church home? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section!
