Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently on a tour of Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

Right after they landed in Australia, Harry reunited with a very special woman in his life, and don’t worry, Meghan knows all about her!

Daphne Dunne is a 98 year-old woman who has been a superfan of Harry for years. She had met him twice before, and she was just reunited with him during his first day in Australia! Daphne first met the British royal in 2015, when she sat out in the cold and rain just to get a chance to see him. That day, she even got to give him a kiss!

Daphne explained that she became a fan of Harry because of all that he has done to help soldiers. Both Daphne and her husband served in World War II, and her husband was given the legendary Victoria Cross after his death. She was wearing that medal when she caught Harry’s eye back in 2015.

She met Harry a second time in 2017, when he went to Australia to kick off the Invictus Games. He recognized Daphne in the crowd right away!

When Harry met Daphne this time, he seemed eager to introduce her to Meghan. First, Harry and Daphne caught up on their own, and she congratulated him on the fact that he is expecting his first child. Then, he brought over Meghan, who seemed excited to meet Daphne. The older woman told Meghan that a baby was exactly “what Harry needs!”
