Teenage boys don’t have the best reputation, as the negative things that they do often get lots of attention. However, when teenage boys are raised right, they actually can perform incredible acts of kindness!

A mother recently took to social media to reveal the kind thing a teenage boy did for her daughter after she got her period while they were riding a school bus. All women know that periods are unpredictable, so the girl did not see it coming when she got her period while on the bus.

While many teenage boys would have been immature about this and mocked her, one boy stepped up to the late and helped her.

First, the boy quietly whispered to the girl that she had a spot on the back of her pants, then he offered her his sweater so that she could tie it around her waist and hide the spot. The girl was initially too embarrassed to accept it, but the boy told her, “I have sisters, it’s all good!”

The girl ended up taking the boy’s sweater, and she was saved any further embarrassment. When her mother heard what the boy had done, she decided to take to social media to praise him in front of the entire world.

“If you are this boy’s Mom.. I want to say thank you and that you are raising him right!!” she wrote. “We hear so many bad things about today’s youth, and I wanted to share something positive!”

This just goes to show how powerful a small act of kindness can be!
