A donkey from Ireland has become a viral sensation after he was caught on camera singing to a man who brings him treats every day.

It all started when Martin Stanton went for a walk one day and encountered an adorable donkey named Harriet. Martin was taken by the donkey right away, so he brought her a little gift to earn her friendship.

“I’m an animal lover. I saw her, so the next day I brought her carrots,” Martin explained.

Since then, Martin has been visiting Harriet every day, and the two have become close friends. He has even bonded with her owners, who he calls “really lovely people”.

Harriet has gotten very used to all of the attention that Martin is giving her!

“Oh, she’s so spoilt,” he said. “I’ve been visiting her for over a year now and I always bring her treats!”

The two got even closer when Harriet suddenly started singing for Martin in return for the gifts!

Martin managed to capture the first time Harriet showed him her operatic talents on camera. He could not believe his ears!

“That was the first time I’ve heard her sing,” he said. “I couldn’t stop laughing. She’s totally adorable. So friendly and gentle.”

The video has quickly gone viral, being viewed over 450,000 in just four days!

“I want to meet this donkey in person,” one social media user wrote, another adding, “Harriet, may you live a long life with a song always in your heart!”

“What a beautiful animal!” wrote a third.
