Meet Dingong, a dog who is showing the world exactly why canines are known as man’s best friend!

Dingong became a viral sensation at the age of just seven months over the summer when he was caught on camera pushing his disabled owner’s wheelchair down the streets of Davao in the Philippines. Dingong’s owner is 46 year-old Danila Alarcon, who lost the ability to use his legs in a motorcycle accident a few years ago. Now, he relies on Dingong to push his wheelchair around. The dog is able to do so using his nose!

Faith Revilla was out walking with her husband back in July when she saw the two. She was so touched when she saw Dingong pushing the wheelchair that she pulled out her phone to record them. She then stopped them and offered to buy Danila lunch.

“It was a really beautiful moment when we saw the pair of them,” Faith said. “We took Danilo to our favorite buffet. We wanted to treat him.”

“We felt blessed to have witnessed this extraordinary sight of an amazing creature helping its master maneuver his wheelchair along seminary drive. I mean, I thought it only happens in TV shows, but this was a very real scene,” she added.

Faith’s video has gone viral, with people all over the world being touched by it.

It’s so amazing to see a dog who is helping his owner in such a beautiful way. This just goes to show how good dogs can be for humans! Check out the video for yourself below!
