It’s almost that time of year when we break out our Christmas sweaters, crank up the fireplace, and decorate our trees. But before we get to carried away, we need to focus on the holiday at hand…Halloween.

Pentatonix is spreading a little holiday cheer, but it’s Halloween cheer. The five member a capella group recently released a video from Tim Burton’s classic Halloween film The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Just like everything else the group performs, they nailed this one. They blended the joy of Christmas with the horror of Halloween perfectly. When you see it, you’ll understand why it’s been viewed so many times already.

Although we’re used to seeing Pentatonix dressed in colorful holiday attire, which they are in the beginning of the video, eventually they get down right spooky. You never would have guessed that the two holidays could blend so perfectly.

By the end of the video, you’ll be counting down the days until the trick or treaters come knocking on your door, then it’s just 55 days until Santa stops by for his milk and cookies.

As if that’s not enough to look forward to, Pentatonix will be releasing a new album, “Christmas Is Here!” in just a few short weeks! Be sure to check out the video below of their spooky tune and share it with your family and friends.
