Even though fall just started, it’s never too early to start thinking about your holiday baking recipes!

With Christmas only a few months away, you’ll find yourself having to make Christmas cookies in no time. This recipe from the Cooking Classy blog is super easy to make, and the result is sure to have your family coming back for seconds!

The recipe uses a combination of butter, sugar, almond extract and flour to make the cookies. However, you can also do things like sub out the types of sprinkles, use vanilla extract instead of almond extract or even cut the squares a little bigger. These cookie bites are perfect to hand out to teachers, coworkers, or other special people in your life!

How cute are these little cookies?!

The Cincy Shopper blog has a version of this recipe that uses vanilla extract instead of the almond extract, and it calls for you to cut the squares bigger so that the cookies come out chunkier. These really do look good enough to eat!

There are many other versions of Christmas cookies that you can make in miniature form, and one example is these mini gingerbread cookies from The Kitchen is My Playground. How good do these look?!

These frosted mini sugar cookies from Two Sisters are also perfect for Christmas. We can personally vouch that Santa will enjoy all of these cookie treats as well!
