Susan Boyle became an international star after she won “Britain’s Got Talent” back in 2009. From the moment she stepped onstage to audition for the show with her stirring rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream,” the entire world fell in love with her.

Over the past few years, Boyle has largely stayed out of the public eye, which is why it came as a huge surprise to her fans when it was announced that she would be joining “America’s Got Talent: The Champions.”

“Simon was delighted Susan agreed to come back,” a source said.

Boyle is reportedly set to fly to the United States this week to take part in the show. This comes after Boyle announced that she would be making a big comeback later this year. A representative for Boyle confirmed that she will have new music out by the end of this year.

“She’ll have an album out this Christmas,” Simon Cowell confirmed. “We’ve got an idea to do something slightly different with her.”

“I think she’ll enjoy it,” he added. “She’ll be making records with us for a long time. She’s amazing.”

Cowell had previously expressed his regrets for judging Boyle negatively when she stepped onstage to audition slowly based on her looks. He was seen saying  “wow” under his breath when Boyle told the judges that she had never been married and lived with her cat.

“When that clip arrived on my laptop, and I saw me, I said, ‘I actually hate my guts right now,’” Cowell recently said. “Because we were really sneery. That was the tipping point.”

We can’t wait to see Susan Boyle make her big comeback! Check out her original audition below!
