A hilarious joke is going viral this week about a pastor who was new to the job, and it’s sure to make you smile!

A new pastor was out one day visiting the homes of his parishioners. When he got to one house, it was obvious that someone was at home, but no answer came to his repeated knocks at the door. Taking out his business card, the pastor wrote “Revelation 3:20” on the back of it and stuck it in the door.

The next Sunday, when the offering was processed, the pastor discovered that the card had been returned. Added to the card was the cryptic message, “Genesis 3:10..”

The pastor picked up his bible so that he could check the citation, and as soon as he read it, he burst into laughter.

Revelation 3:20 begins with the line, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock.”

Genesis 3:10 states, “I heard your voice in the garden and I was afraid for I was naked.”
