It’s been nearly 41 years since Elvis Presley passed away, but he is still dearly missed by millions of fans all over the globe every day. However, nobody misses Elvis more than his beloved daughter Lisa Marie Presley.

Now, a video has surfaced of Lisa Marie performing a duet with her late father, and it is sure to give you goosebumps! The duet is actually two versions of the same song cut together in an emotional black and white video. The song the father and daughter are singing is “In the Ghetto,” which Elvis released in April of 1969.

The song tells the story of a boy born in a Chicago ghetto to a mother who has too many children to feed. He grows up bitter in a violent environment until he buys a gun and steals a car before getting shot just before his first child is born. The song is meant to describe the cycle of poverty and violence in the United States.

Lisa Marie first recorded this song in 2007 as a duet with her father that was meant to raise money for the Presley Foundation. She brings a whole new level of emotion to the song and even ends up crying in the video.

We have no doubt that Elvis would be very proud of his little girl if he saw this video! It’s clear that she has inherited quite a bit of talent from her late father.

Check out the emotional duet below, and SHARE this story so your friends and family can see this as well!
