Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s fans in the United States are very excited this week after it was confirmed that the royal couple is planning a trip to the US!

Kensington Palace announced that Harry and Meghan will be touring Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga in October. The palace then announced that next spring, the couple will take their first tour to the United States at the request of the U.K. Foreign Office and the British government.

The exact places that they will visit in the U.S. have not been finalized, but it is believed they will be visiting both the East and West Coast, including Meghan’s home state of California.

“We know they want to meet with CEOs and especially female tech entrepreneurs out in Silicon Valley to raise awareness of the Royal Foundation and see if they can really start working more closely with them,” said Jennifer Peros, editor-in-chief of Us Weekly.

Meghan will also be making a trip to the U.S. alone this summer to her mother, Doria Ragland, a Los Angeles-based social worker and yoga instructor. She will not be visiting her father, Thomas Markle, as tensions between the two are continuing to fester.

“Many sources are telling us that Meghan has no plans to go visit her father when she comes here later this summer or on the official tour,” Peros said.

We can’t wait for this royal couple to come visit the U.S. SHARE this story so your friends and family can see this as well!
