A man recently described an event that happened on a recent flight he had from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Be sure to read his story all the way to the end. You’ll get a good laugh, and there’s a lesson to be learned.

The man explained that there had been a 45-minute delay in San Francisco before the plane ever took off. Understandably, everyone on board was already angry with the delay. Then, the plane had to make an unexpected stop in Sacramento.

Needless to say, the passengers on board were even less happy with that announcement. The flight attendant came over the speakers and announced that there would be a 45-minute delay in Sacramento and if people wanted to exit the plane and stretch their legs, the plane would re-board in 30 minutes.

Everyone got off the plane except one gentleman who was blind. The man telling his experience explained that he noticed the man as he walked by and he could tell that he had flown several times before because his seeing eye dog lay quietly underneath the seats during the entire flight.

The pilot even knew his name, and after everyone else had exited, the pilot went and told the man, “Keith, we’re in Sacramento for almost an hour. Would you like to get off and stretch your legs?” The man replied, “No thanks, but maybe my dog would like to stretch his.”

The pilot then took the dog by the leash, donned his sunglasses, and exited the plane to take the dog for a walk for his passenger. The passengers outside the gate came to a complete standstill when they saw what appeared to be a blind pilot led by a seeing eye dog exit the plane.

Needless to say things weren’t what they seemed, but the passengers scrambled to try to reschedule their flights, not only to a different flight, but to a different airline completely! This goes to show that sometimes, things aren’t what they appear and we should never judge people without knowing their entire story.

If you agree, please share this story with your family and friends.
