Any time a new baby is added to the family, it changes the dynamics for every member of that family. When royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed their third child on April 23, 2018, things were no different for them just because they are part of the royal family.

In true royal tradition, the family didn’t share details about their unborn child so there was plenty of speculation about whether the couple would add a boy or girl to the mix. Some even believed that they might be welcoming twins.

After a ten hour labor, the couple finally shared the news that they had welcomed a new baby boy to the family. As Prince William brought Prince George and Princess Charlotte to see their new baby brother and mother at the Lindo Wing of the hospital, cheers from the crowd welcomed them.

The proud mom and dad knew exactly what was in store for them when the time came to bring the littlest addition home. Having three children under the age of five wasn’t going to be an easy task and Prince William let his feelings slip a little bit.

The couple, when leaving St. Mary’s Hospital refrained from making any public statements, however, the new dad made a few comments that the crowd managed to hear him say. He announced that the couple was “very happy, delighted” about their little one.

He also made a comment that they didn’t keep the crowd waiting long and then held up three fingers and mouthed, “Thrice worry now” much to the delight of the crowd. This seasoned dad knew exactly how much work an added little one would be.

Thankfully William and Kate have proven themselves to be excellent, caring parents and we have no doubt that they will tackle the task of adding one more to their family with ease. If you agree, be sure to share this story.
