With the abundance of television shows seeking out some of the world’s best talent, we get to see some pretty amazing acts. The stringed instrument quartet that shocked the judges on “Britain’s Got Talent” are among those amazing acts that you definitely don’t want to miss.

The four women step on stage with their electric instruments, and the judges have to ask what exactly their instruments are. When the members of Scala, as they call themselves, explain what their instruments are, the judges still seem hesitant as to what kind of sound they are about to listen to.

When the ladies draw their bows and begin playing, all doubts are erased. The amazing notes from the violins and cello fill the auditorium with unbelievably beautiful sounds and the judges can’t believe what they are hearing.

The members of the group, Chantal Leverton, Izzy Johnston, Victoria Lyon, and Tasya Hodges met when they were part of the string section that toured with McFly. The ladies say they hit it off and decided to start their own group and boy are we glad they did!

The harshest of the judges on the panel, Simon Cowell, even adored the performance saying their act was absolutely incredible. Needless to say, the ladies flew on to the next round with a resounding round of applause from everyone in the building.

After finishing their stint on “Britain’s Got Talent” the lovely ladies changed their named to Escala and signed a contract with Sony BMG worth over $2 million. Music producers obviously recognized their talent and knew that they could go far.

Check out their amazing talent in their appearance on “Britain’s Got Talent.” You won’t be disappointed with what you hear.
