Every dog owner knows that there is nothing worse than tripping over your pet or stepping on your beloved dog’s tail. Even though your dog knows that you didn’t do it on purpose, they still often look as if they have just suffered a massive betrayal at the hands of their trusted owner.

It’s not clear what Ralph the Newfoundland’s owner Bee did to upset him in the video below, but it’s clear that he is not happy with her at all! Though Bee apologizes profusely, it’s apparent that Ralph is not ready to forgive her just yet.

“Hey, what’s wrong? Are you mad at me?” Bee can be heard asking.

Ralph ignores her and keeps staring blankly ahead, as if a part of his own soul has just died. After doing this for several seconds, he finally gives a dramatic and mournful glance at her over his shoulder.

“Did I do something to you?” she asks again. “Why are you looking at me like that?”

Ralph isn’t having any of it, and it’s as if he’s saying, “Don’t give me that. You know exactly what you did. And you better apologize.”

“Ralphie? Are you mad at mama?” Bee says, getting increasingly more desperate. “Oh, you’re not even going to look at me? You’re not even going to look at me? I’m sorry! I’m sorry!”

Finally, Ralph decides he’s ready to forgive Bee and he climbs up on her lap to give her the hugs and kisses she craves!
