It was love at first sight for Jo and Kevin Taylor when they met back in 1967, and 49 years later, they were still just as in love with each other even after raising five children, 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

After spending nearly half a century together, Jo and Kevin pretty much had the same style! They each had long scraggly hair (that have since gone gray), baggy clothing and a harsh biker aesthetic.

Their family members knew it was time for them to make some physical changes, so they convinced them to apply for the ultimate Ambush Makeover on the Today Show.

Jo and Kevin assumed they would never be chosen to appear on the show, so they were stunned when the Ambush Makeover team showed up to take them!

Celebrity style team Louis Licari and Jill Martin had their work cut out for them with this couple, but they knew they were going to be able to completely make them over.

They were able to make over Jo and Kevin while also allowing the couple to keep their personal style, and the results truly are amazing!

When Jo and Kevin finally saw each other after the makeovers, they almost didn’t recognize one another!

After nearly fifty years of marriage, this makeover definitely shook things up for this couple. They look amazing now, and they must be very happy that they decided to apply for Ambush Makeover!
