It takes a lot of courage to audition for “Britain’s Got Talent,” and even many adults aren’t able to muster up the guts to take the stage. That’s why when 10 year-old Calum Courtney showed up to audition, the judges could be forgiven for thinking he may be too nervous to give a good performance. As soon as he opened his mouth, however, the judges learned just how wrong their initial impressions of this boy really were!

Calum is child who has been through a lot in his life, as he struggles with a mild form of autism. Though things haven’t always been easy for Calum, he has never let his disability hold him back from doing what he loves: singing!

Not knowing anything about Calum, the judges had no idea to expect. One judge asked Calum if he was nervous, to which the child responded with a sweet, “No!” Though the judges seemed a little skeptical, they soon learned just how talented Calum really is.

In auditioning for the show, Calum decided to perform Michael Jackson’s legendary song “Who’s Lovin’ You.” This was quite an ambitious choice, as the song is notoriously difficult to perform well, but Calum wasn’t afraid to try it!

Calum’s family looked on with pride as their little boy began to sing. They couldn’t wait to hear what the judges had to say to him!

In the end, the judges loved Calum’s amazing performance! They heaped so much praise on the little boy that he burst into tears as he realized his hard work had paid off.
