Since Chick-Fil-A CEO Dan Cathy admitted to supporting traditional marriage and announced the company’s Christian values, the fast food chain has taken a lot of flack. But there is one video that has gone viral that makes it easy to see why some people keep going back time and time again.

The video shows an employee of Chick-Fil-A running after a car that had drove off and left behind part of their order. The actions of the employee reflect the corporate stated purpose of the company. “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-Fil-A.”

The values shown by this Chick-Fil-A employee obviously match up with the company’s statement. And the values of the chain are paying off. In April, restaurant consultancy Technomic predicted that in the next few years Chick-Fil-A will likely surpass Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Burger King to become America’s third largest fast food restaurant.

They will only be trailing McDonald’s and Starbucks. In addition, YouGov BrandIndex rates Chick-Fil-A high among its competitors with regard to positive buzz, satisfaction, and likelihood of purchase.
