Auditioning for a huge show like “America’s Got Talent” is incredibly stressful for adults, so when children take the stage to perform, the judges often fear that they won’t be able to handle the pressure. That’s why they were stunned when they saw the incredible audition of 13-year-old Courtney Hadwin!

Courtney had spent months perfecting her performance, so when she finally took the stage to audition, she was ready. She knew she only had one shot to win over the judges, and she was more than ready to take it!

Even with all her preparation, Courtney seemed a little nervous when she stepped onstage and quietly introduced herself to the judges. As soon as the track “Hard To Handle” by The Black Crowes began to play, however, the shy teenager transformed into a seasoned rockstar who many are calling the next Janis Joplin!

The judges were completely blown away by Courtney, as they never expected someone so young to give a performance like this!

As soon as Courtney’s performance ended, the judges praised her profusely. It quickly became clear that judge Howie Mandel liked her even more than the others, and he reached across the table to show her how much he wants her in this competition by hitting the golden buzzer! This move left Courtney stunned and overjoyed, as it sends her straight to the finals!
