Sheepdogs are typically large border collies who spend their days rounding up sheep. On the farm in this video, however, the sheepdog is a tiny part-Norfolk terrier.

Though Nelson may not be as big as a collie, he makes up for what he’s lacking in size with personality. While he loves his job as a sheepdog on a farm in the British town of East Sussex, it’s clear from this video that he may need more training!

The video below opens with Nelson trying to round up the sheep, but by the end of it, he’s the one being bossed around as they chase him around the field!

Though the flock of sheep is chasing him, Nelson does not seem to mind at all. He shows he’s having the time of his life with them by wagging his tail as the chase continues.

“[He] loves to give sheep a bit of a hurry up. Unfortunately not as much as the sheep like chasing him!” Nelson’s farmer said.

Nelson’s runs around in circles without a care in the world. Though his methods are certainly unorthodox, Nelson is still technically doing his job, as the sheep are still following his directions. Perhaps there is a method to the dog’s madness after all!

It’s impossible to watch this hilarious video without a smile appearing on your face! Nelson’s farmers must be so proud to have such a cute and spunky little dog!
