As an experienced diver, Josh Eccles is used to coming across many interesting sea creatures. However, he just had an experience with a shark that put the rest of his experiences to shame, and the entire thing was captured by a diver’s camera.

Josh was diving in the Atlantic Ocean came across a large lemon shark, which are known to attack humans. The diver got worried when the shark started hovering nearby, as he was getting way too close for comfort. Josh began to panic when the shark started bumping into him, and it was only then that he realized the shark was trying to tell him something.

Once Josh got a closer look at the shark, he realized that he had a sharp hook embedded in his stomach. Josh then realized that the shark was trying to get him to remove the hook!

The diver decided to bravely take action to remove the hook as his stunned underwater companions looked on. Getting up close to the shark, Josh went about removing the hook!

Though this type of shark is infamous for attacking humans, this particular shark clearly knew that he could trust Josh. He stays as still as possible as Josh tries to save his life and get the hook out of him!
