Body cleanses can benefit your body in many ways in that they can eliminate toxins, refresh your organs, clear your skin, and help you lose weight. Now, a 3 day soup cleanse is taking the country by storm, and people love it because it allows them to eat as much soup as they want!
This cleanse is known to improve the function of the liver, gut, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs, and skin. Soups are some of the cleanest foods you can consume, as they detoxify the body, boost immunity, and help digestion.
“Soup is food. It’s incredibly satiating, very nutrient- and vitamin-rich. Juice was not designed to be a meal — you’re flooding your body with sugar,” said Angela Blatteis, co-author of “The Soup Cleanse: A Revolutionary Detox of Nourishing Soups and Healing Broths from the Founders of Soupure.”
We suggest you start by doing a one day soup cleanse, then increase this to three days the next month. You should eat five or six soups each day of the cleanse, and you should also make sure to drink plenty of water during the cleanse as well.
