No matter what age we are, we often find ourselves struggling to find the perfect exercise plan. Exercising itself doesn’t have to be complex, but the problem most of us struggle with is fitting in the time for exercise in our busy schedule.

Luckily, we found this amazing 21-day walking plan that only requires you to devote up to 20 minutes a day to walking, but you will notice how fast your weight comes off and your muscle mass goes up. You’ll feel so much better in just three weeks of trying this plan.

This plan was created for the beginner in mind, but if you are more advanced, you can increase the difficulty on your own. The plan is divided into three sections, and you determine the difficulty of the plan. Easy/Moderate means that you can still talk easily while walking, and Fast means that you can talk and walk, but with much greater difficulty.

Week 1 – Day 1: Devote five minutes to walking in the morning and evening (or any other suitable part of the day). Keep it at the easiest to moderate difficulty. Day 2: Devote seven minutes to walking in the morning and evening. Day 3: Devote nine minutes to walking in the morning and evening. Day 4: Devote 10 minutes to walking in the morning and evening. Day 5: Devote 12 minutes to walking in the morning and evening. Day 6: Devote 15 minutes to walking in the morning and evening. Day 7: Devote 18 minutes to walking in the morning and evening.

Week 2 – This week is when you will start changing your pace making things more difficult. Day 8: Two minutes easy, then 10 minutes fast, then two minutes easy again. Day 9: 20 minutes of moderate pace. Day 10: Five minutes easy, then 12 minutes fast, then five minutes easy again. Day 11: 20 minutes of moderate pace. Day 12: Five minutes easy, then 15 minutes fast, then five minutes easy again. Day 13: 20 minutes of moderate pace. Day 14: Five minutes easy, then 18 minutes fast, then 5 minutes easy again.

Week 3– This week you will add strength, but don’t worry – there’s no equipment required. Day 15: Spend 10 minutes walking up and down stairs then add two minutes of easy pace. Day 16: 20 minutes of moderate pace. Day 17: Spend 12 minutes walking up and down the stairs then add 2 minutes of a fast pace. Day 18: 25 minutes of moderate pace plus two sets of 12 squats. Day 19: Spend 20 minutes walking up and down the stairs and add three minutes of easy pace. Day 20: 25 minutes of moderate pace. Day 21: 20 minutes of fast pace and three minutes of easy pace.

This plan can help you live a healthier, happier life. Your health is a valuable thing and we should all look after our body and mind so that we can live life to the fullest. We only have one life to live after all! This plan is perfect to do with a friend, so please share it with a friend and ask them to join you!
